I couldn't help thinking about the shape of a pig's head when I first saw this piece of driftwood. The shade pays homage to the animal's body shape complete with a little tail. Calling all Razorbacks!
Collected in North Carolina, the driftwood is cleaned, scraped, sanded and waxed to highlight its natural color and unique wood grain. Reeds are bent to create complimentary shade structures and multiple layers of tissue paper and white glue form the skin.
This lamp contains a 4-watt LED bulb which supplies an energy efficient, cool-to-the-touch 350 lumens. The electrical cord length is approximately 7.5' long.
